Their signature ALL PURPOSE baking mix and funnel cake mix is naturally 100% gluten free. This mix can make almost ANY RECIPE gluten free, subbing in for flour CUP-FOR-CUP. 1 pound of mix allows for approximately 3 cups, which makes roughly 6-8 full size funnel cakes.

Recipes available on our their blog! This mix makes great pancakes, cakes, brownies, cookies, and more. Just add eggs and buttermilk!
