We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After that time, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Due to COVID-19, we cannot accept any returns of edible products. However, if there is an issue with an edible product, please contact us so we can find a solution.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be returned in unused and unopened condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds:
Contact amy@gfgoodys.com for instructions on how to process returns/refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have processed your return and refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds usually show up on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles, depending on your bank.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to process an exchange send us an email amy@gfgoodys.com to receive further instructions for a replacement.
Cancellations:
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Be sure to manage your subscription and cancel before your next renewal date.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it becomes lost in the mail and we cannot track it.
